I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Amer, for their exceptional service. The reception was always ready to assist, even late at night. The cleanliness of the rooms surpassed my expectations, making it the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. The location was convenient, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay.
Couldn't fault.

The location is very convenient to see the major sightseeing. The room was clean and the breakfast good.
There is no bathroom at the lobby (only in the rooms) and as we had just arrived, tired from our flight, we had to go out and search for a bathroom (we got the rooms at 3.00 p.m.). Recommendation: Pay in Turkish Liras and not by credit card as the charge is higher.

Located in the historic district of Istanbul, this hotel is a great value for money. Rooms are equipped with all convenient appliances and have very comfortable beds, especially those on higher floors. The service provided by the staff is truly remarkable and they make sure to pay attention to every detail of your stay. The highlight is definitely the breakfast, with wonderful rooftop views of the city.
All was ok.

When I arrived, I was given a room on the lower floor, which wasn't ideal. However, when I mentioned this to the reception, they were extremely understanding and immediately upgraded me to a room on the upper floor. This shows that the hotel staff truly cares about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. I highly recommend A'La Sofia Hotel for their attentive service and dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They really made an effort to be helpful. The location was excellent - only a few hundred metres to the beginning of the Hippodrom and the Blue Mosque.
Over the Easter break the hotel was full and that made it quite noisy (the doors do not isolate from the noise very well). Sometimes there was a lack of warm water.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had every facility of more expensive hotels.
The breakfast was not very appealing and the breakfast room was located in the basement area. We believe that in warmer weather breakfast is served on the rooftop which would have been better.

Great Location and Friendly Staff. The hotel is in a key spot, a stone's throw from the main tourist attractions and great restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and at ease. Plus, the breakfast is tasty and offers a good variety of local and international dishes.
Dirty and Smelly. Unfortunately, the hotel's cleanliness and lack of maintenance are significant downsides.

The location is perfect. The room was clean. Little noise was heard in the room. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast had good variety. I would defenetly go back there. It is very well worth the money.
The airconditioning unit did not work all the time (I guess they turned the cooling power down during the day); the fan also made a constant noise. There are a number of mosques nearby which play the parayer call every morning. This is not the hotel's fault, but makes sleeping after the morning paryer time difficult.
